It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burnie Waiters (Vineland, New Jersey), born in Candor, North Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Waiters and Annie Mae Waiters; and his siblings, Jake Waiters, John Waiters, Ada Coles, Maxine Hall and LeDoris Lee.

He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Ro" Waiters; his children, Tanika Johnson (Keith), Kim Echevarria (Jose) and Steven Tribbitt (Phyllis); his grandsons, Keith Jr. Ct and Steven (II); his siblings, Clifton Waiters (Nettie), Quinzel Waiters (Virginia), Nanlee Williams and Carol Barringer (Cecile); and his sister-in-law Joyce Battle (Butch) of Vineland, NJ.
