She was predeceased by: her parents, Ana Osorio and Wilfredo Soto; her daughter Nina; and her mother-in-law Claudia Williams. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Williams of Vineland; her sons, Michael Cephas (Shirre), Jayson Williams (Nicole) and Johnny Carter of Vineland; and her siblings, Lucy Gibson, Maritza Castillo-Ore (Eric) and Marlon Soto. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
