Charles leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Charles’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Charles will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forman and Myrtle Johnson; and his sister Valerie Forman. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Chris" Johnson; his children, Bruce Hall (Yvonne) of Millville, Yvonne Kearny (Brian) of Seabrook, Tonya Johnson, Sophia Johnson (Frank) of Vineland and Dawn (Johnson); and his siblings, Bruce "Butchie" Forman (Grace) and Brenda Forman. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miracle Evangelist Deliverance Church (1820 Pine Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
