He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anthony, Rosario, William and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Rosemary Crosson (Kevin) and Annette Massari (Vincent); and his grandchildren, Chelsea String (Raymond), Vincent Massari Jr. and Nicole Massari. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Frank may be made to: New Jersey Veteran's Memorial Home, 524 North West Blvd., Vineland, NJ 08360.
