He was predeceased by: his father William Rains; his siblings, Carrel Rains, Earl Rains, Jimmie Mac Rains and Betty Rains; and his pet Blind Willie.
He is survived by: his brother William D. Rains (Donna) of Slater, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Ida Belle Rains of Pittsgrove Twp, Elaine Rains of Pittsgrove Twp, Melissa Rains of Rockaway and Barbara Blanker of Pennsville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Harl's memory to a charity of ones choice.
