He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Surace and Mary Surace (Polisano); his sons, Nicholas and Philip Surace; his granddaughter Natalie Surace; and his brothers, Pat and Philip Surace.

He is survived by: his daughter Theresa Surace (Mark Genovese) of Smithville; his stepchildren, Daniel Seda Sr. and Jeanie Seda of Vineland; his great grandchild Ajay Reves of Florida; his grandchildren, Nicole (Dan Robert (Donna), Philip Surace (Kim (Amora)) of South Jersey, Nicholas Surace (Yulissa (Nico) and Gianna Macera (Terry Dorman); his sister Angela Bennett (Arnold) of Vineland; and his sister-in-law Maureen Surace (Pat) of Vineland. He is also survived by step grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
