He is survived by: his parents, Maria Lucila Rivera-Baez and Luis Angel Baez; his brother Luis Angel Baez Jr.; his sister-in-law Anita Rodriguez; and his children, Aracoán and Jonel Vilches. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
