He was predeceased by : his parents, Timoteo Torre and Maria De La Torre; and his brothers, Manuel De La Torre, Julio De La Torre and Alfredo De La Torre.

He is survived by : his wife Ibet De La Torre (Lopez); his daughters, Latisha De La Torre (Daniel) and Jasmine Rodriguez (Rafiel); his grandchildren, Mila Hennis, Mason Hennis, Jelayna Rodriguez, Jayla Rodriguez and Julius Rodriguez; and his siblings, William De La Torre (Samantha), Marta Rodriguez (David) and Efrain De La Torre (Magda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
