He was predeceased by: his parents, Philo Chapman, Sr. and Virginia Chapman (Rushing). He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Denise Consalo, Kimberly Chapman and Philo Christopher Chapman (Caroline); his sister Lila Motter (Bob) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Anthony, Sarah, Philo Caleb, Wyatt and Angelina; and his sibling's children, Arianne, Megan and Ethan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the Salvation Army.
