He was predeceased by: his parents, James Prochaska and Hattie Prochaska (Janowski); his brother James Prochaska; and his sister-in-law Maryanne. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Anne Marie; his son-in-law Paul Young (FL); his daughter Barbara Prochaska (FL); his grandchildren, Michael Young (Chelsea) and Ashley Young (Brian Lock); and his siblings-in-law, Ann Nugent (NY), Robert and Donald Page (PA).
