He was predeceased by: his brother Gregory Brown; his grandparents, Woodrow Harris, Sr., Sarah Mae Sacks Brown and Annie Harris; and his uncle Woodrow Harris (Woody).

He is survived by: his parents, Charlie Brown of Fairfield Township and Martha L. Harris of Vineland; his wife Sheila Brown; and his sister Sandra C. Brown of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
