As we bid adieu to Victoria's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Victoria has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Teofilo Rios. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Rios, Wilma Rios and Edwin Rios (Eileen Rios); and her grandchildren, Edwin Rios, Krystal Rios, Diana Perez and Melissa Matos. She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (23 W Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360). A Mass will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (741 E Walnut Rd, Vineland, NJ 08360).
