Hoffman of Pottsville, Pennsylvania; his significant other Diana Figura of Vineland Nj; and his brothers, Thomas Hoffman Sr. of Leesburg and Mark Hoffman of Delmont. He is also survived by grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
