He was predeceased by: his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Anton J. Horwitz Jr. (Beth) and Shannon Horwitz; his stepdaughters, Colleen, Michelle and Shannon Horwitz; his sister Marie F. Kilpatrick; his nieces, Yvonne M. Azeltine and Andrea K. Kilpatrick (Billy); and his aunt Ann Marie Sciosciole.
In honor of his memory, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
