She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Elsie Curlis; her husband Calvin Herbert Yates; and her brother John Curlis (Alice). She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Yates (Donna) of Marlton, NJ and Timothy Yates (Melanie) of Ormond Beach, FL.; her brother Edward Curlis (June) of Stuart; and her grandchildren, Brian Yates Sr. (Dana) of Marcela Springs, MD, Stacie Cooney (Michael) of Delran, NJ, Matthew Yates (Jacqueline) of Warwick, RI, Robyn Curl (Kevin) of Haddon Twp, Dillon Yates (Fernanda) of Clermont, FL, Cody Yates of Telluride, CO, Brittany Floy (Andrew) of North Carolina and Zachary Haywood of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jr. Mechanic's Cemetery (133 Carranza Rd, Tabernacle, NJ 08088).
