She is survived by: her children, Carrie Chavanne, Amy Preston and Brian Matthew Schweiker; her grandchildren, Kristianna Hawks, Samantha Schweiker, Heather Ferrugi, Kaitlyn Schweiker, Jared Preston, Wyatt Chavanne, Dylan Preston and Brianna Preston; and her sister Donna Urso.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Jane's honor to the American Kidney Fund.
