He is survived by: his daughter Marché Deon Steele Heath (Phillip Walker Heath); his wife Dorothy Lou Johnson Steele; his grandson Joshua David Heath; his granddaughter-in-law Krystalee Suyapa Heath; his great grandchild Kayson Joshua Heath; his godson Jordan Riley Paine; and his sibling's children, Michael Steele (Portia), Gregory Paul Hans, Andreen Monk (Donnie), Marnita Dickerson (Timothy), Alicia Lurry (Alan), Wanda Shamblin and Violetta Spady. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to organizations that were close to Lacy Steele's heart.
