With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Chicherchia of Waldwick, New Jersey, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her friend Rosie. She is survived by: her husband Anthony (Poppy); her sister Anita DePietro; her grandson Robert; her brother Benedict Depietro (Vivian); her children, Jean, Frank and Donna; her children-in-law, Bob, Charlie and Jill; her grandchildren, Melissa (Pat), Chelsea (Matt) and CJ; her grandchild-in-law Madison; her grandchildren, Alexandra (Anthony), Anthony (Robin), Francesca (Joe), Kristyn (Ryan) and Diana; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Hattie, Joseph, Harper, Skylar, Bryson, Stella and Frankie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's RC Church (340 N Franklin Tpke, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ 07423).
