George leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. George’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew George will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Laura; mother: Nancy; father: Jorge; sisters: Sophy (Efrain) and Ameli (Kevin); sisters and brothers-in-law: Diane (Fred), Linda (Gary), Paul (Cindy), Amy (Vinny), and Celeste (Billy); nieces and nephews and their spouses: Nicholas (Karen), Christin (Renee), Eric (Jennifer), Leanne (Lauren), Joseph, Al (Angela), Liza (Danny), Dante (Allison), Michael, Richard, Benjamin (Britnie), Matthew (Catie), Gabriel, Lucas, Amelia, and Eleanor; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481).
