Kathleen leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kathleen’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kathleen will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Daniella, Trevor, Owen, Dylan and Derek; her husband Joe; and her daughters, Dana Santa (Danny) and Nicole Skorupa (Sean).
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the C. C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home (306 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450).
In lieu of flowers, the Syracuse family kindly requests that donations be made in Kathy's memory to one of the charities she held dear: the Gary Sinise Foundation, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
