He was predeceased by: his mother Irene DePhillips. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Lauren (Dennis Mitchell) and Jeannine (Robert O'Donnell); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Boozer, Anthony (Tony) and Rene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
