He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Maggs and Dorothy Maggs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maggs; his children, Eileen Dowling (Brian) and Rev. Andrew Maggs (Nicole Maggs); his grandsons, Connor and Cooper Dowling; his brother Dr. Richard Maggs, Jr. (BettyAnn); and his pet Lilo.
