She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Wlazlowski (Dakota) and Ricky (Jamie); the father of her children Rick Wlazlowski; her mother Eleanor Haber; her sister Lisa Dvorin; her brother-in-law Dave; her brother Glen Haber; her sister-in-law Julie; her niece Nicole Dvorin; her goddaughter Jenna Whalen; her nephews, Chris and Tommy Haber; her sister Michelle Smith (Bob); her nieces, Lori and Rachel; and her friends, Mary Heussner and Karen Brent.
