He is survived by: his parents, Kaitlyn Mizdol (Cockcroft) and Kyle Mizdol; his grandparents, Walter (Sir Pop), Kathie Cockcroft (Gigi), Kenny and Janet Mizdol; his aunts and uncles, George, Kiersten King, Greg, Megan Carr, Todd Mizdol and Dana Tinney; and his great-grandparents, Frank and Mary Hilpert.
In lieu of flowers, the family is founding the Christopher Walter Mizdol Foundation.
