It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danuta Pye (Wallington, New Jersey), who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Danuta's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jon and Kazimiesz Tenderenda. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Pye; her daughters, Margaret Chanin, Babci Serce and Nicole Murad (Ali Murad); and her sisters, Irena (Frank Sowa) and Maria (Tony Kania).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service (80 Midland Ave, Wallington, NJ 07057). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus (127 Paterson Ave, Wallington, NJ 07057). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1 Outwater Ln, Garfield, NJ 07026).
