He is survived by : his mother Valerie Kowalski (Wrazen); his wife Susan Kowalski; his children, Eric Kowalski (Dana) and Jessica Crilly (Christopher); his grandchildren, Thomas, Fiona, Alex and Jackson; his sister Christine Kowalski; and his in-laws, John, Sharon Skripak (Finch), Diane Finch, Donna Finch, Patricia Platt (Finch), Pamela (Finch) and Vera Kovalski.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Eva's Village in Paterson, New Jersey.
