He is survived by: his wife Genowefa Lesiczka (Chrzastek); his sisters, Danuta Srodon, Janina Watras and Anna Marut; his children, Joanne Kostialik, Kazimierz Lesiczka (Kelley), Jan Lesiczka (Jackie), Diane Trocino (Joel) and Julia Michaud (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Jared, Julianna, Hanna, Joel and Gabrielle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
