He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Andrew Liptak, Sr. and Concetta Liptak (Maria R. Liptak). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa and Pamela Liptak; his brother Raymond Andrew Liptak, Jr. (Barbara); and his niece Katherine Liptak.
