She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Wengorek and Alice Wengorek (Niksa); and her brother Edward Wengorek. She is survived by: her husband Konrad Jan Ptasinski; her daughters, Anielka Elizabeth Ptasinski and Gabriella Katherine Ptasinski; her son-in-law David Michael Moore; and her sister-in-law Christa Wengorek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
