She was predeceased by: her parents, Jakub Modzelewska and Helena Modzelewska (Siemiatkowska); her husband Boleslaw Zaleski; her former husband Edward; her son Marek; and her son-in-law Zygmunt Nejman.
She is survived by: her children, Eugenia Najman, Tadeusz (Halina Jablonowski) and Krzysztof (Alicja Jablonowski); and her daughter-in-law Marysia.
