With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John R Tengowski of Waretown, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on October 15, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John and Elizabeth; and his stepfather Edward Gorzelnik. He is survived by : his wife Barbara (Gorzelnik); his children, Laura Kopack (Peter), John (Tara Bernardini) and Robert (Beth); his grandchildren, PJ, Benjamin, Anna, Brody and Dean; his sisters, Patricia Morris and Elizabeth Ziobro (Michael); and also Sal.
