He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale and Teresa (Buonamassa); and his brother Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellen Schofield; his siblings, Rose Dunne and Phil; his children, Terese Marie Bouzos (Angelo), Pat George Angelastro (Jennifer) and Karen Marie Mitchell (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Jane Mitchell, Gracelyn Frances Mitchell, Christina Bouzos, Nickola Michele Bouzos, Michela Thomas Mitchell and Michael John Angelastro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (747 W Bay Ave, Barnegat, NJ 08005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Barnegat, NJ.
