He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip DePasquale Sr. and Blanche Petrosky; and his siblings, Phyllis Halperin, Simone Villalta, Blanche Marron and John DePasquale.
He is survived by: his wife Roseann DePasquale; his children, Renee Harden (Matthew Harden) and Philip DePasquale III (Nicole DePasquale); and his grandchildren, Jhestarri DePasquale (Jeffery Fernandez), Philip DePasquale IV and Drake Harden.
