He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore W. Phillips and Florence Phillips; and his brother William T. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Christine Feustel (James) and Melanie Borg (Graham); and his grandchildren, Tanyon Borg, Emerson Borg, Connor Feustel and Bernadette Feustel. He is also survived by his cousins, in-laws, and many nieces and nephews.
