She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Weidehaus and Thomas Weidehaus; her husband John T. Fogarty; her daughter Carol Fogarty-Perrin; and her sister Jean Czark.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Fogarty of Oceanside, NY, Michael Fogarty (Christina) and Terry Fogarty of Warren, NJ; her son-in-law Don Perrin of Milton, DE; her grandchildren, Ann Marie, Teresa, Paula, Sarah, Elisabeth, Mary, John, Izzy and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Julia, Gavin, Brendan, Robert, Brandon, Luca and Micah.
