He is survived by : his wife Nancy Fitzgerald D'Amato; his children, Matthew and Megan; his parents, Anthony Marie and Ann Marie; his brother Robert (Gina); and his mother-in-law Judith Fitzgerald Flaherty. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
