He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Connell and June Gloria O'Connell; his brother Edward O'Connell; and his mother-in-law Diana. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Erin Michelle Palmer (Kevin Michael) and Shannon Kristen Battiste (Robert Todd); his grandchildren, Cassandra Noelle Palmer, Robert Dennis Battiste and Skye Kristen Battiste; and his sisters, Karen O'Connell (Patrick McDonnell), Donna O'Connell (Ed Rusbarsky) and Gloria O'Connell (Bobby O'Connell).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
