He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Antonio Comune and Alfonsina Guerriero. He is survived by: his wife Laura Comune (Settembrini); his children, Gianfranco Comune and Iris Comune; and his siblings, Gaetano Comune, Carmelina Comune, Teresa Comune and Lina Comune.
