It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert D. Bier of Warren, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on March 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert D. Bier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gilbert Bier and Alice Bier; and his brother Barry Bier. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Bier; his children, Adam Bier, Mellissa Bier (Jeremy Sziklay), Yohannan Bier (Elmo) and Naomi Bier; and his grandson Alex Sziklay.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Robert's memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
