He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Tufaro and Helen Tufaro; and also, Patty, Richard and Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Tufaro; his children, Angelo Tufaro (Nicole), Michelle Tufaro and Michael Tufaro (Barbara); his grandchildren, Ashley Lynch (Caleb), Amanda Gresh (Joshua), Robert Tufaro, Antoinette Bercarich, Ava Bercarich, Sarah Pirro (Casey), Samantha Tufaro and Michael James Tufaro; his great grandchildren, Adam, Jameson, Melanie, Salvatore, Wyatt, Sadie and Brody; and his siblings, Roger, Theresa and John Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and loving friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1890 Washington Valley Rd, Martinsville, NJ 08836). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (145 Mt Airy Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920).
