With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Eggert (Washington Township, New Jersey), who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth DeMatteo. He is survived by: his children, Caroline McMahon (Ed), Kathleen Eshelman (Keith) and Christopher Eggert (Lisa); his grandchildren, Eddie (Kate), Erin (Zach), Alyssa, Brianna, Brandon, Christopher and Emily (Steven); his great grandchild Riley; and his brother-in-law James DeMatteo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles' memory may be made to Cape May National Wildlife Rescue, 24 Kimbles Beach Rd., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210-2078.
