She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her daughters, Dawn Marie Blake (Michael), Melissa Anne Bryson (Steve) and Jaclyn Helen Reinhart (Brandon); her grandchildren, Gavin Dean Blake and Kylie Rose Blake; her siblings, Donna Calzarette (Bob), Mark Chamberlain (Terry), Jeane McCarrie (Dan), Jayne Chamberlain, Keith Chamberlain (Jen) and Robin Chamberlain; and her pet Sandy.
