He was predeceased by: his child Damon Giovanni Banks; and his parents, Robert Banks and Jane. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his child Patrice Capone (Rich); and his siblings, Thomas Banks, Eric Banks (Betty Ann), Kevin Banks (Melody) and Valerie Hecht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
