He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Mary Beth Ruh (Mike), Theresa Foltiny (Andy), Betsy Clark (Chris Weber), Sharon Levin (Andy) and Joseph B. Clark III (Jennifer); and his brother Raymond Clark (Marie). He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Joe's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
