He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Eleanore "Bunny" Lang, (Bunting) and Joseph F. Lang, Sr.; and his siblings, Timothy (Bonnye) and Janet Huggan (late Rodney). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Joseph F. III and James J.; and his sister Lorraine Quinn (D. Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
