He is survived by: his wife Darlene Ann Rooney-Brown; his children, Judy Marie Bessey, Kenneth M, III and Kevin J.; and his siblings, Theodore H. Brown, Ronald Pancoast, Brian Pancoast and Jessie Pancoast. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
