He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Thomas E. Kennedy, III; his children, London and Declan Kennedy; his parents-in-law, Doris Pye and Robert Fleming; his aunts and uncles, Sallyanne Murphy (John), Richard O'Hara and Kathleen Fratta (family: Elaine Collins); his cousins, Stephanie Murphy, Matthew Murphy and Melissa Murphy; Nicole Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund made in his children's names to First Harvest Federal Credit Union.
