He was predeceased by: his parents, Niels Christian Skalborg-Nielsen and Carla Marie Nielsen; his sister Anne Limbert; and his son-in-law Lynn Gulick. He is survived by: his wife Helen Prevoznak Nielsen; his children, Mary Sue Gulick, Thomas Nielsen (Janine) and Jack Nielsen (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Russell Pauser, Janine Moran (Tim), Rebekah Rodriguez (Michael), Grace Nielsen and Erin Nielsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arthur's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
