She was predeceased by: her parents, Isidro Ortegon and Guadalupe Ortegon; her husband Dr. George E. Angen; and her siblings, Homero, Gregorio, Prudenciano, Isidro, Juan, Gloria and Ernesto.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Maria Dove (Robert Michael Dove) and Richard Lawrence Stillwell (Amy); her grandchildren, Chelsea Dove (Zack Stone), Sean Robert Dove (Reed Rayborn), Richard Lawrence Stillwell Jr. (Erica) and Robert Clark Stillwell (Maryam); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Stillwell and Graham Stillwell.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Memorial School's Karen Nash Memorial (300 W Stewart St, Washington, NJ 07882).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the award-winning Children's Wildlife Habitat Pollinator Garden on the grounds of Memorial Elementary School, where two of Blanche's grandchildren attended.
