He was predeceased by: his parent Anders Kristoffersen; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Colombraro and William Brink. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Brink; his children, Mikael Kristoffersen (Heather), Britta Cundiff (Jordan) and Anna Kristoffersen; his sisters, Tove Nilsen (Allan) and Britta Holvik (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Dan Kristoffersen, Anders, Nikolai and Arabella Cundiff; his siblings-in-law, Jack Brink (Greta), Anthony Colombraro, Louis Mitschele, Carol Mitschele, Jodi Adams (James) and Deborah Cassimore; and his aunts, Karen Rossen and Anne Cramer. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and one great-nephew.
